CSC VLE Registration New Process 2022

To register as a CSC Village Level Entrepreneur (CSC VLE) in the CSC, simply follow the new process 2022: 

1. Visit the URL register.csc.gov.in and apply under new registration.

2. Click on “Apply” button displayed

3. Validate mobile & email and fill the form .

4. Enter your Aadhaar number, and further add the Captcha Text.

5. Click on “Submit” button”.

6. After authentication, the user is required to fill the information under the following tabs, such as: Personal, Residential, Kiosk, Banking, Document, infrastructure, Certifications/Terms.

7. Review your details and click on “Submit” button to register yourself and an application reference ID will be generated.

8. You will receive an acknowledgement email regarding successful completion of your application on your email address provided during the registration process

9. Every application goes through a strict quality check.

10. Post verification, user becomes an active Village Level Entrepreneur and gets a unique CSC ID on your registered email address.

What are the duties and responsibilities of a CSC VLE

As a CSC VLE you should take care of few important points:

a) Make sure your CSC center is at public place with all the safety and convenience.

b) Availability of Kiosk from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM regularly.

c) To deliver the services smoothly to the users as available on Digital Seva Portal.

1. First apply for TEC exam at http://www.cscentrepreneur.in/ while paying fees of Rupees 1479 

• Click on Registration OR ‘Login or Register (Public Users)” Section’
• Enter the Name, State, District, Mobile Number, Email, Address, DOB, Upload Photograph, Documents etc.
• Submit the required fee amount Rupees 1479.
• Pay online via Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card Mode.
• User Name & Password will be generated
• Login with User ID/Password details.

3. Complete form filling process by giving TEC Assessments Exam (CSC Test). After the Assessment, You will get the Certificate Number. Attempt exam online.

4. After passing you get TEC Certificate. Download the submitted online Application Form and get your CSC ID/PASSWORD.

5. Now apply online for CSC. Procedure already explained. It is Free of cost, no fees liable.

6. Provide your TEC Number For registration as CSC VLE.

7. Submit your AADHAR, PAN and Savings Bank account number all carrying same name.

8. Provide copy of cancelled cheque.

9. Email and Mobile No. linked with Bank ac.

11. Provide a name for your CSC kiosk

12. Provide Latitude and Longitude details of your kiosk.

13. Register and wait for Approval.

14. After approval, get your CSC center verified by District Manager.

15. Apply for IIBF BC BF Exam at https://iibf.esdsconnect.com/CSCNonreg/member/?Mtype=Tk0=&ExId=OTkx by paying fees of Rupees 944. Pass IIBF BC BF Exam. 

16. Registration on NSEIT UIDAI Exam Registration Page-https://uidai.nseitexams.com/UIDAI/LoginAction.action by paying fees of Rupees 470. Pass NSEIT AADHAR Supervisor exam. 

17. Apply for Bank BC at CSC Bank Mitra Portal by visiting http://bankmitra.csccloud.in/ . This of course is also free of cost.

18. Your application is recommended by District Manager, verified by State Team and sent to bank for approval.

19. Upon approval from bank, open current account, visit bank and submit all documents in person.

20. First you are appointed as Bank Facilitator (BF) and after seeing your transactions, you are mapped as Bank Correspondent (BC).

21. After getting your Bank Correspondent BC Code, you may also apply for Aadhar Update Client Lite (UCL) free of cost by visiting UCL website at eseva.csccloud.in

21. Static IP Broadband internet, Laptop or PC, Color Printer, finger scanner, IRIS Scanner, CCTV Camera, webcam, GPS, token dispenser, Toilet and wheel chair with wheel chair facilitated entry is must applying CSC Aadhar UCL.

22. If everything goes well, your CSC center will be approved for AADHAR Correction Center (UCL).
